Reminder of a cancellation policy: you don't have the rights for a refund if you cancel or won´t come on the tour. If you get sick or something else happens which prevents you from joining our tour you should have travel insurance for these cases!
If the conditions are impossible for a successful tour we won´t start at all. Most tours are not easy. It means we have to drive a bit due to the cloudiness and find the clear skies. Also patience is needed. We probably have to wait on the spot for some time!
If the tour won't happen or we won't see any northern lights I will refund the money.

-average starting time is around 8pm, but we have to be flexible with it because of the changing conditions: READY TO START 6pm-10:30pm within 30min notice! (noted by a message)
-pick up from the hotels near Rovaniemi (10km)
-duration: usually 4-10 hours, depends on the conditions of the day
-no start if the conditions are impossible
-10-30 pictures and one short video included the price
-money back guarantee if no any Auroras seen naked eye
-normal ”hunting” region around 200-300km away from Rovaniemi (the furthest)

We don’t play lottery! We have to be convinced about the weather conditions and magnetic activity before starting!
We will start the tour from Rovaniemi center!!

WORTH NOTING:
-the tour doesn’t fit for the impatient - most of the times we have to wait and/or drive a lot!
-we don’t recommend this for the kids - tour could be long
-the northern lights are barely never GREEN naked eye - ONLY IN CAMERA
-in camera they look always stronger, ALWAYS
-we will return the payment fully if we don’t see any northern lights
-northern lights aren’t big and strong most often - we don’t guarantee them to be strong
-pictures will be shared via Google Drive within 3-4 day after the tour. They will be high resolution JPEGs and edited in our style we have done it for years! …surely some development every now and then!
-if you think you know these stuff better you shouldn’t join us - please do not try to advice us by for example showing Aurora Apps or so.
